This sencha is made using 71-year-old Yabukita trees grown in the mountainous area at an altitude of 600m in Yabe Village, located further into Kurogi Town, Yame City, the birthplace of Yame tea .
This tea is grown in mountainous areas, where snow accumulates in winter and the temperature difference between day and night is large, and is roasted strongly to bring out the natural flavor and sweetness that is unique to tea. This tea is grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, with a focus on naturalness. Please enjoy the powerful flavor of tea that has taken deep roots over a long period of time.

Recommended brewing method
For 3g of tea leaves, steep for 60 seconds in 150ml of 70℃ hot water. After that, increase the water temperature and extend the steeping time to 25 seconds, then 60 seconds.
