This is a withered, pan-fried tea made from Fushun tea from Gokase Town, a mountainous region near the border between Miyazaki and Kumamoto. By withering the picked tea leaves, we bring out their gorgeous aroma.
It has a gorgeous aroma with a hint of jasmine, and a fruity flavor with little bitterness. It is a tea with a light fermentation, similar to the manufacturing method of Taiwanese Baozhong tea, so it is recommended for green tea lovers. You can enjoy it not only in a teapot, but also in a Gaiwan, like Taiwanese tea.
