This tea picher with a light green glaze was created by Yukiko Saito of Shigetsu Kiln, a Japanese potter and Chinese tea artist. The pottery is attractive for its soft and generous shape typical of Saito, created by kicking the potter's wheel, and for its rich expressions such as the flow of the glaze. It has a capacity of about 210ml, so it can be used as a Japanese Sake pitcher in addition to tea pictcher.
